Sidekick (Webtoon) Review

SIDEKICK

So My Personal View on this WEBTOON overall is it has good plots despite the cliche Superhero genre the content is pretty mature for teens consumption as it depicts the struggles of a Sidekick whose name is Lamia in this case the protagonist of the story that works with a Superhero to gain experience to become a Superhero. So basically the main protagonist is an intern to an employer superhero. In the beginning few chapter's of Sidekick the creator might have purposely depict the another main character which is Lamia's Employer Hero Darkslug as a hated character that uses his employee who is Lamia as a multipurpose useful assistant but later as the story develop more from basically chapter 80 and so on the reader's will come to love the Hero Darkslug as the undisputed strongest hero in the world ever have.Overall i would say  :

1. The Art is  pretty dope. ( at least to my plebian  eye's)
2. Some surprise twists to the plots where reader's have predicted what the cliche outcome would be but were divert for away with surprise finding on the development of character.
3. The characters are all optimally developed as the whole story progress and not to mention some background side character's which have good potential as supporting character to the overall story.

So as i was binge reading this Webtoon thru (LINE WEBTOON) because i accidently deleted the whole series that i downloaded , i manage to finish it in 2 days as the story was very interesting and entertaining for me. This Webtoon is one of those story that you feel satisfied when u finish watching an anime or drama and i would highly recommend it to others who don't mind dwelling into this genre which seems a little bit tad childish for adult and despite the seemingly provocative and sometimes seductive drawing of Lamia and the other Superhero's in the story , it does have a bit of adult realistic view in it.

I Personally think that the author "Iron Shin" has put plenty of thought and planning into the story as because the story ends well and has potential to have a continuation.

I would wish to read more of Mr. Iron Shin's work in the future and as i stalked thru the author's Facebook page it seems there is a prequel to the story.
